TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) apply to the Spyros Loukakis website located at Batterieslab.gr, and to other Spyros Loukakis websites which link to these Terms and Conditions, e.g., www.batterieslab.com (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is the property of Spyros Loukakis, its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, batterieslab.gr) and its licensors. Batterieslab.gr reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions, at any time. BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE.
You may not use the Site or any Content for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions, or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity which infringes the rights of Batterieslab.gr or others.

Prices listed on the related lists next to each product does not include VAT. These prices refer to the quantities available in our warehouse, while batterieslab.gr reserves the right to re-pricing. For certain regions in Greece for which VAT rates are lower and if your order is made on an invoice then the prices of the products are lower than those indicated by the reduced VAT.
For EU companies: if you have a valid vat id we can sell with 0% VAT.
EU customers pay VAT.
The products in the batterieslab.gr catalogs are available from our warehouse either in Europe (Greece) or Asia (China). You can send us your order even for products that are not available in our warehouses and we will contact you by e-mail and / or telephone within a reasonable time to inform you of the possible time Receipt of the product from the supplier and its subsequent delivery to you. In any case it must be made clear that the above delivery time for your order depends on the availability of the products in our warehouses.
If for reasons of force majeure (eg bad weather, strikes etc.) we can not deliver the products within the specified time, we will inform you by e-mail to indicate if you wish. These conditions, the completion of your order.
Batterieslab.gr is not responsible for defects or poor product quality for its customers. All products are received by packaged suppliers. Batterieslab.gr is not responsible for organized attack by hackers to steal personal user data, but even in this case credit card users are guaranteed as the CVV of the cards is not stored in the system.
Batterieslab.gr enables its users to choose their information about the new products available on the market and other offers, payment arrangements etc. by sending advertising or newsletters to their e-mail or postal address or by of the phone. Batterieslab.gr will not misuse the above service. Users are always given the opportunity to stop receiving advertising messages.
Batterieslab.gr is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Batterieslab.gr reserves the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions.
The Greek law shall apply with the exclusion of the UN purchasing law. The place of fulfilment as well the court of jurisdiction shall be our headquarters.
Delivery address should be the same with the billing address.
The products, prices, shipping terms (place, time, etc.) shall be those indicated in the Order Confirmation message. Payment shall be made before delivery of the product in the following ways:
